We were looking for a piece of furniture for our living room and came across Kennel & Crate! We have four dogs, and a dog business so what better piece of furniture for our home!?! I got in contact with Terri, and she was so helpful and made the process a breeze. I had a hard time choosing a color, because our living room is quite colorful so I needed to see exact colors of paint that were offered. Terry was so wonderful and helpful she actually sent me samples of distressed paint in four different colors so I could compare them in our living room! She went above and beyond! She would email me with updates on the progress of our beautiful piece, as well. We are so happy to support this American made, small business. Our kennel and crate was totally worth the wait. You can tell by the amazing craftsmanship that so much love is put into every piece. It was like Christmas when our kennel and crate arrived! Two wonderful gentlemen from King couriers dropped it off in perfect condition. They were so helpful, and helped us put it into its new home in our living room. We highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a lifelong, beautiful piece of furniture for their home. We will be getting a matching end table soon enough! We will be customers for life!

Sandra Giacalone was in need of a crate that could be more than an eye sore. She had a puppy on the way and knew she wanted something that would be just right for her newborn to grow into. Here’s what she had to say about her experience:
I searched and searched far and wide for a furniture-style crate that would complement my decor. I lucked upon Kennel & Crate during my online search using the keyword “luxury.” I didn’t even own a dog yet, at that time, lol, but I was planning on getting a puppy. I knew my Spinone Italiano would be extra special and would appreciate a fine crate. I made contact via the online form (Kennel and Crate Website) with a few questions. Terri Arnold answered me immediately and helped me decide what size crate I should order for what would ultimately be a large dog. I then chose my finishes and custom details. The ordering process on the website was seamless. I was given an approximate date for shipping, which would have been after my pup was born, but before she came home. Along the way I was emailed photos of the production process and offered the opportunity to fine tune my paint finish. The happiest news was when I was notified that my beautiful crate was shipped and would actually arrive BEFORE my puppy did! It’s so gorgeous and suits my room perfectly. It can be seen in lots of photos of Sophie on social media which then initiates all manner of compliments and inquiries. We couldn’t be happier.

We had a great experience. We basically had a plan in mind with what color and size we wanted. We gave examples of previous kennels and what we liked about each one and it all came together. Once it got built, they shipped it over to us and the freight people brought it to our apartment. They made sure to call us when they got here and set up a delivery time. We had to get some friends to help us because these things are HEAVY. But that’s what you pay for quality. Our two movers were easily able to move it to our new house! Now it’s a great centerpiece in our living room and everyone comments on it!
